Hosted by R Street

State and national policy analysts will discuss the damage done by the left's green agenda and market-based solutions to today's pressing environmental problems. The environmental policy landscape is changing rapidly as new technologies enter the market and emerging nations' energy consumption increases. Throughout the national conversation on these issues, the same tired media narrative continually emerges: liberals care for the earth, while conservatives merely care about profits. And indeed, whether it's piling on onerous regulation or banning certain products, many proposed solutions to today's environmental problems stem from a progressive worldview. But does this need to be the case?
